1983 Lakeland Hospice was created at Grace Methodist Church

1984 We began caring for patients

1993 We became Medicare certified

2006 We merged with Lake Region Home Health Care and became Lakeland Hospice & Home Care

2007 Camp Emily a grief camp for kids was begun

2008 Construction of the Lakeland Hospice House was begun

2009 Celebrate 25 years of service for Lakeland Hospice & Home Care

It is a 2010 Heritage Softail Harley!
